How we work

Make the problem clear. Then build with purpose.

  1. Understand

Start with the business problem, the people involved, and the tools you already use. A useful solution begins with a clear understanding of the work.

  2. Plan

Define the scope, priorities, content or data requirements, and a sensible first release. Discuss the choices and responsibilities before building.

  3. Build

Develop the agreed solution with opportunities to review progress and clarify details as the work takes shape.

  4. Test

Check important workflows, responsive layouts, accessibility, and integrations. Include errors and exceptions, not just the expected path.

  5. Launch

Prepare deployment, access, handover, and any migration steps. Confirm how the solution will fit into everyday operations.

  6. Support

Agree how maintenance, updates, and future improvements will be handled so responsibilities remain clear after launch.

Working together

Remote by default. A conversation in person when useful.

Planning sessions, design reviews, and project discussions can happen remotely, so your business does not need to be near either owner to work with 2kjam.

If an in-person consultation in Houston or Tyler would help, tell us when you inquire. We can discuss arrangements based on the project and availability.
