2kjam Social Data Deletion Instructions

2kjam Social is operated by 2kjam LLC.

If you would like to request deletion of personal information or social account data associated with your use of 2kjam Social, you may submit a deletion request by contacting us at:

Please include:

• Your name
• The email address associated with your 2kjam Social account
• The business or client organization associated with the account, if applicable
• A brief statement that you are requesting deletion of your 2kjam Social data

After receiving a valid request, we will verify the request and delete or anonymize applicable personal information and account data, subject to any information we are required to retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or legitimate business recordkeeping purposes.

Facebook and Instagram Connections

If you connected a Facebook Page or professional Instagram account to 2kjam Social, you may also revoke 2kjam Social's access directly through your Facebook or Instagram account settings.

Revoking access prevents 2kjam Social from using that connection for future publishing activity.

If you request deletion through 2kjam Social, we will also remove stored connection information and access credentials associated with the applicable social account where appropriate.

Published Social Media Content

Deleting your 2kjam Social account data does not automatically delete content that has already been published to Facebook or Instagram.

You may remove published content directly from the applicable social platform or, where available, through 2kjam Social before requesting deletion of your account data.

Processing Time

We aim to respond to verified deletion requests within 30 days.
