When you connect a supported social media account, we may receive information authorized by you through that platform.

For Facebook, this may include information necessary to identify and display Facebook Pages you manage, Page identifiers, Page names, access credentials provided through Meta's authorization process, and information necessary to publish and manage content on the Page you select.

For Instagram, this may include your professional Instagram account identifier, username, authorization credentials, and information necessary to publish and manage content on the connected account.

We only request access to social media information needed to provide the features you choose to use.

How We Use Information

We use information collected through 2kjam Social to:

• Connect authorized Facebook Pages and professional Instagram accounts.
• Create, organize, review, approve, and schedule social media content.
• Publish approved content to connected social media accounts.
• Manage content previously published through 2kjam Social.
• Generate content and images when users choose to use AI-assisted features.
• Maintain account security and troubleshoot service problems.
• Improve the reliability and functionality of the service.

2kjam Social does not publish content to a connected social account unless an authorized user has initiated or approved the applicable publishing workflow.

Meta Platform Data

2kjam Social integrates with Meta products, including Facebook and Instagram.

Information received from Meta is used only to provide the social media management functionality requested by our users and is handled in accordance with applicable Meta Platform Terms and policies.

Depending on the features authorized by the user, 2kjam Social may use Meta Platform Data to identify connected accounts, display available Facebook Pages or Instagram account information, publish approved content, check publishing status, and manage content published through 2kjam Social.

We do not sell Meta Platform Data.

Access Tokens and Account Connections

When you authorize Facebook or Instagram, 2kjam Social may securely store access credentials necessary to maintain the connection and perform authorized actions.

These credentials are used by our server systems and are not intentionally exposed to other 2kjam Social users.

You may disconnect supported social accounts from 2kjam Social. You may also revoke 2kjam Social's access through the applicable Facebook or Instagram account settings.

AI-Assisted Features

2kjam Social provides optional AI-assisted features for creating social media content and images.

When these features are used, relevant information such as brand guidelines, content instructions, post information, and user requests may be sent to third-party AI service providers for processing.

We limit the information provided to these services to information reasonably necessary to perform the requested function.

AI-generated content is subject to human review before it is approved or published through 2kjam Social.

How We Share Information

We may share information with service providers when necessary to operate 2kjam Social, such as hosting, database, email, artificial intelligence, and social media platform providers.

We do not sell your personal information or Meta Platform Data.
